Saudara Rizal,

Dear Rizal,

I read that piece of interview and although there's really no explanation or elaboration of "komited lahirkan atlit berintelek" but i really like this topic. In fact a forum should be organize to bring this matter towards all the sports stake-holders attention pertaining development of sports in Malaysia.

I would FULLY & TOTALLY support if you host this forum Rizal.

Here is my comment on "Komited Lahirkan Atlit Berintelek":

If Datuk Saifuddin is really committed wanting to produce "intelligent athletes" one of the thing that he needs to remind himself is "ITS IMPOSSIBLE!!!"

Why i say that?
Let's look at "FOOTBALL"...

Or better lets make a poll...

1. If you make a study on lets say "A Study on Public's Perception Regards Footballer's Level of Education in Malaysia"
- If you put in a rating of A-Very good, B-Good, C-Average, D-Poor, E-Very Poor.....My POV (point of view) is that the result would likely be POOR...

In fact, i think that even if you narrow down this study to FOOTBALL PLAYER (pemain pro sahaja & pemain pro yang telah bersara) the result would likely still be the same..POOR...

Please don't take my comments above as degrading our own players/athletes...i just think that its an opinion shared by most of us Malaysian who have NOT GIVEN UP HOPE YET on MALAYSIAN FOOTBALL.

Nevertheless, by expressing my opinion above, it's also fair to say that actually there arent really many intelligent athletes oversea (in terms of segulung ijazah atau PhD la)...

I'm really proud of Datuk Nicole David and Lee Chong Wei...

I would really like to suggest that both of them NOT ONLY become idols...

BUT RATHER....THEY MUST ALSO BE BROUGHT ALONG AS AN ACTIVE MEMBER OF WHATEVER COMMITTEE that DATUK SAIFUDDIN is thinking about to "Lahirkan Atlet Berintelek"....
