Cheer cheer and courage display ....

Hearing the band playing the tune at 60 minutes before kick-off is worth 50 out of my RM58 ticket.

And our boys really follow up on it......

There's one thing people should know about MU. It's that Liverpool fans are not allowed to write anything about the greatest club of all. It is sacrilegous, to say the least. So plse stay out of MU affairs, Liverpool fans, understand?

Rizal,

I was at the game and found it quite so-so.

Although I understand that it's United's first pre-season game, it was evident that their players were not giving it their all, although Rooney being Rooney treated the game like any other.

As a United fan, it was quite worrying to see Van der Sar and Foster committing two errors of such comical magnitude. (No disrespect to Amri Yahya).

Being a Malaysian who bleeds black & yellow, I'm quite disappointed with Indra Putra's display. Maybe it's my lack of tactical knowledge but he kept drifting to the centre from his left sided role, leaving O'shea too much room from right back. This did not allow our left back the opportunity to support the forwardline. This put unnecessary pressure on our backline as Gibson (1st half) and Nani (2nd half) were allowed too much space.

As u saw, it resulted in both Rooney's and nani's goal.

Another thing evidently lacking in our side was the distribution from our goalkeeper to our forwardline.
Look at Foster (who has a mean left foot) and Van Der Sar (who's goalkicks reached their intended targets i.e. United's players).

Btw, one of my friends noted that the United players warmed down on the pitch after the game as compared to our players who were seen walking around applauding the fans. Hmmm...

I'm hoping for a better performance tonight from Malaysia.

P.S. ditch the blue away jersey... kita tunjuk kita HARIMAU MALAYSIA!!!!
