Helo Mr.Rizal,

Datuk Sieh is the only man in the OCM who can fight the MSN. So thats why I think people in OCM who support MSN dont like him.

I know Datuk Sieh. he dont like government body to control all the assocition. Sports should be free without any control. I think that is also good principal.

Anyway I think Datuk Sieh already do enough and maybe he should rest and let the new people take the position and continue his principal. Maybe he should become an advisor to OCM Management or something like that because his age is also already old. All the young people can follow his thinking and become the new Secertary of OCM.

thank you to you Mr.Rizal

Abang Rizal,

Aku tengok AJK MOM tu semua Dato-Dato belaka. Ada 2 Tan Sri pulak tu. Takkanlah semuanya bangang.

Bila lagi nak cari pengganti kalau tak sekarang. Takkan nak tunggu berkubur atau nyanyuk baru MOM kelam kabut nak cari yang lain.

Patah tumbuh, Hilang berganti bang

Kata-kata .......,

Please call it a day Mr. OCM. You ought to have retired 2 terms ago. Be a sport, enough is enough.

Any plans for MSN and OCM to seriously work together for the betterment of Malaysian sports?

A former MOM office bearer once told me that it is not true that MOM is against MSN (or vice-versa) as some would want to play it to be in the eyes of many NSAs, thus, making a hero of themselves especially to secure votes when MOM's biennial election approaches.

Whether in MSN or OCM, senior officials or even Ministers come and go but short, mid and long-term plans and its grand objectives stay once agreed.

For the good of Malaysian sports, both MSN and OCM must work closely together and, more importantly, to identify and map out common objectives, set targets and draw up common strategic plans for a well coordinated implementation with a view to win golds be it in the Olympics, Asian Games, SEA Games, the Commonwealth Games or others.

All resources, financial or otherwise, are limited. Thus, agreed plans must be properly coordinated with funding allocation after mutual discussion and inputs from MSN, OCM and participation from NSAs whose sports are identified for development. There must be priorities after weighing all angles.

Foremost priority must be to groom and train potentials for Olympic, Asian or other major games' sports as its short, mid and long-term goals. Be very colour blind in the scouting and selection process and training of athletes once the key sports are identified. Walk the 1Malaysia talk.

There is no point for MSN and OCM leaders to lobby internationally for their own sports when those sports are not even shortlisted by the IOC for selection and successful participation many years later when making its maiden entry into future Olympic Games.

Stay focus and allocate resources to the right core sports whilst giving adequate funding for the those sports next in line. Do not go fish everywhere and waste your baits and time fishing in the wrong waters. Money for training must be well spent.

The foundation for a good sportsmen or their interest in sports begin at an early age during the primary schools and not much later.

Let us do a total review and re-engineer all aspects of Malaysian education in sports, expand interests and participation in sports.

I call upon both MSN and OCM to sit down seriously to discuss their goals and strategic plans. See how near or far apart both plans are? Their plans need to be seriously synchronised for effective implementation before huge sums of money can be invested into training the prospects.

Cut down on unnecessary travels and unwanted 'Malaysia Boleh' plans with a different agenda which has nothing to do with the strategic plans adopted to develop Malaysian sports.

Only where the left and right hands clap together can we hear the noise when medals are won and records broken one after another.

Simply out, Malaysian sports can only move towards greater heights in the international sporting arena when many like-minded heads can think as one with a common objective to walk the long road to success.

Helo Mr. Rizal,

A mole told me that Dato Sieh acts like a saint but in effect a devil in disguise. Sheep in wolf's clothings.

He thinks long service over 21 years can become dictator ah? I hear he bullies staff and younger office bearers. Only apple polishers survive under him.

Time for him to retire instead of being challenged and lose badly. Poor call. Better to retire gracefully.

Maybe, MOM can put him in Hall of Fame instead of being shamed losing at age 74.

Bad suggestion for younger successor to follow Dato' Sieh's thinking. It will be very unhealthy for the young to learn old man's bad habits. Flow with the times. 20 years ago, no IT; now, IT rules. See the difference?

Happy retirement. You may get a cake from MOM for doing so.

Selamat bersara and bye-bye.
